Seal compatible automotive and mechanical joints with Kafuter K-586 black RTV silicone gasket maker. The cured seal remains flexible and is intended to resist heat, water, and oil in many engine, transmission, housing, cover, and flange applications.

Fitment Note
Confirm the required gasket type, temperature range, fluid and chemical exposure, gap size, torque procedure, and cure time for the application. Remove old gasket material and clean both mating surfaces completely. This product is not a universal replacement for every molded or load-bearing gasket.

Use with ventilation and follow the product label and safety data sheet. Wear suitable eye and skin protection. Keep uncured material out of oil, coolant, fuel, and air passages. Do not use on head gaskets, pressurized fuel systems, oxygen-sensor-sensitive applications, or other safety-critical joints unless specifically approved.
